Environmental Statement

I am committed to running Massage and Soul with as little impact on the environment as possible. I carefully consider the products I use and my business activities with the aim to minimise waste, water and reduce my carbon footprint.

You may find some small differences in my clinic such as:

• my massage towels. I use biodegradable, low mineral detergents and use tumble dryers only when necessary
• booking massages to make the best use of heating and travel
• choosing an electricity company powered by 100% renewable energy
• emailing receipts to reduce paper
• switching clients files over from paper to digital files
• sourcing 100% biodegradable massage paper rolls (most others contain plastic)
• ordering organic cotton towels where possible
• using recycled paper and card for my advertising when possible
• servicing my equipment to prolong their lifespan
• a policy of reducing, reusing and recycling where possible
